Google Forms allow teachers to create adaptive assessment that guide a student through a concept. It allows the teacher to choose the appropriate scaffolding to a missed question by redirecting a student to a question that helps to reinforce the unclear concept. The creator is able to embed multimedia tools (from text2speech, pictures, gifs, to videos) into the adaptive lessons or assessments. Great tool for students who special needs kids, and ELLs.
